On August 1st 2023, CAS acquired from Outokumpu Oy the Swedish company Degerfors Long Products AB, which includes the Degerfors and Storfors plants

On September 19th, CAS acquired 100% of British company Special Melted Products, a company focused on the supply of high value-added materials, primarity to the aerospace, energy and nuclear sectors.
