Cogne Acciai Speciali finalises the acquisition of controlling interest in Com.Steel Inox
Today, after clearances from all competent authorities, Cogne Acciai Speciali S.p.A. completes the previously disclosed acquisition of 65% controlling interest in Com.Steel Inox S.p.A., company specialising in the recovery and treatment of stainless steel and nickel alloys scrap located in Calusco d'Adda, in the province of Bergamo (Italy).
This upstream integration is strategic and it will allow a better circularity profile to all the Group activities.
